As a working business, we ask visitors to follow a few guidelines to ensure minimum disruption to our production. When you book your tour, we will share these with you.

Sometimes our available tour slots will be fully booked at your time of inquiry, so please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately, we are not able to give tours to groups or individuals who arrive unannounced. If you are bringing a group of more than 8 people, two separate appointments may be needed to best facilitate your visit. Our visitor coordinator will work with you on this.
